Return Policy

Standard International package shipping does not provide tracking or insurance in most countries. Some packages can get stuck in customs and custom clearance can take more than 30 days. Some countries may charge an additional customs fee. Some packages may get lost due to poor delivery system in the destination country. There are no refunds or returns.We send all our parcels with a tracking number to secure that you will receive it.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?

We usually notify our customers when we finish processing one’s order. The delivery usually takes about two weeks, yet it may be delayed due to customs procedures, COVID-related border closures etc. Don’t hesitate on contacting us if you have any questions.

DO YOU HAVE MORE SIZE AVAILABLE (for tees etc) ? 

As some of our products can sell very quickly online we are not always able to keep up with every product that is sold out or returned. For this reason a new delivery or a return might come in and will not be back online straight away.

Besides, we print some merch collections only in pre-ordered size and quantity, so better contact us (e-mail or SNS) to check upon any item.

WILL CERTAIN PRODUCTS GET BACK IN STOCK ? 

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we can restock items and sometimes we can’t. Some items can be re-stocked upon request. Anyways, we recommend to not wait too long !

CHANGING YOUR INFOS IN CASE OF WRONG ADRESS ?

Once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched it’s not possible for you or us to change any address details. Please contact us asap if you have placed your order wrong.
