ESCAPING REALITY by pörpl
The first track from this album that I made was “subway sadness”. Initially I did not plan to make a full album, but as I listened more and more to “subway sadness” I started to realise, that there is a possibility to create a story behind it.
After I composed my second track I decided to go for it and create a complete album, which is not just about the music, but more about the story.
This story revolves around a teenage girl. Waking up, going to school, returning back home in the evening and doing homework.
The only thing that she seems to be caring about is her best friend, a boy from her school that she was friends with since her childhood, a friend that she spent most of her holidays with.
This relationship was becoming something more than friendship for her, but not for him.
